Day 27 . . . Tiger installed

Okay I got Tiger (aka 10.4) yesterday and installed this morning. First impressions, web pages are coming up noticeably faster, My applacations (Final Cut Pro, DVD Studio Pro) are also loading faster, and video rendering time are much faster.<br> <br> Thats all for now.<br>

Macworld: News: Dashboard: Widget (In)Security: "A new Web page documents an issue with Mac OS X v10.4 Tiger’s new Dashboard feature that, left unchecked, could potentially be exploited by malware developers, according to the page’s author. The exploit is described and demonstrated on a page called Zaptastic: Blueprint for a widget of mass destruction. Going by the nom de plume of Stephan.com, the author has described how Safari 2.0’s default preference settings could lead users to unwittingly download and install a Dashboard widget."

Day 25 . . . memory upgrade

Today my PowerBook got a memory boost from 512mb to 2GB of ram. And I found a great deal at RamDirect.

But something happened today. I got a 20GB iPod , and I love it.

Day 14 . . . I found a travel charger

After looking and looking I found a travel charger for "Lap Daaance".
A Kensington Universal Auto/Air AC Adapter for Macintosh Notebooks.
Its small and is supplied with all the adapters you need to charge
your PowerBook at home,in your car or in a plane.

Day 13 . . .Dirt On My PowerBook ! ! !

Well its happened, I have begun to obsess about the finger prints and dirt that has begun to show up all over my PowerBook aka "Lap Daaance". So I went shopping and spoke to a fellow Clean PowerBook Freak, or CPBF for short, and he told me that has been using KLEARSCREEN iKlear Apple Polish Kit, so I bought them and I love them.
"Lap Daaance" looks new once again.
